THE PROCESS
Initial Meeting
Our initial meeting can take place either in person or via Zoom. While visiting the event location would be helpful, it's not essential at this stage. During this meeting, we'll discuss all your ideas and the overall vision for your event, ensuring that every detail aligns with your expectations. We'll also cover budget considerations to make sure we're all on the same page.
Mood Board
Once we've confirmed the brief, we'll create a detailed mood board that reflects the vision for your event's tablescape. This mood board will showcase the proposed elements, including fabrics such as tablecloth & napkins to cutlery and candles, as well as the floral arrangements. It will serve as a visual guide to help you see how everything will come together.
Installation
Handling all the logistics and scheduling, we ensure that the installation is completed well before your event begins. Our team will carefully set up the tablescape, ensuring everything is perfect. After the event, we'll return to dismantle and remove the tablescape, leaving you with nothing to worry about.
